We are not living up to the Brighton standard if we don't adhere to the same ideology. Every time you call one of my staff, you'll be greeted warmly because we are happy to assist you with your purchase. We want to try and make this a personalized experience.
Occasionally the item your calling about will become discontinued as Brighton refreshes it's inventory and we will be happy to help you with an alternative selection. We help with gift wrapping and complementary Anniversary, Birthday and Holiday cards (greeting cards in some cases may be shipped seperately from the item you ordered). All of these services can not be done by shopping on-line.

We prefer shipping by the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Larger items such as Fine Art Prints will be shipped by Fed Ex. All prices charged are very close to the actual shipping charge the carrier costs. All shipments are insured in case of loss in mail or damage. Please note that a package will usually take 7 to 10 days to get to your destination. Priority Mail usually will take 4 to 5 days.

We have a large quantity of items in stock, but occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock. New products arrive on a regular basis. We will notify you immediately by phone or email if we are temporarily out of stock.
Return Policy:
Exchanges and Refunds are gladly given. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of receipt for whatever reason, just give us a call at 1(877-638-4556) or 1(605-574-4679) and let us know. We will work it out without question. Shipping costs can not be reimbursed and no returns (exchanges only due to defect) on Brighton Handbags and purses.
